CORiTEC AM100 works according to the Laser-Powder-Bed-Fusion process. In this process, a 200 watt fiber laser with a focus diameter of 70 µm melts the powder material, layer by layer. This enables the production of the most complex geometries on an area of 150 x 150 x 150 mm. This modern technology combines speed and sustainability, resulting in the cost-effective production of dental restorations.

Indien machineonderdelen aan vervanging toe zijn en/of zijn beschadigd, adviseren wij te allen tijde deze (spoedig) te laten vervangen met de originele imes-icore® onderdelen. Alles valt en staat met een deskundig gebruik en omgang van CNC freesmachines, zonder voorafgaande educatie is bediening CNC freesmachines verboden, zorgendragen voor een correct dagelijks onderhoud, uitvoering van jaarlijks serviceonderhoud overeenkomstig CNC machineprotocollen.
